To object to an Auckland Council rating value please search for property using either the valuation reference or street address then complete all mandatory items on the objection form and once complete click the lodge objection button.

Can't find your property address?

If your search is unsuccessful when searching for a property address with a unit number e.g. 12 B Smith Street, try searching for the address without the unit number e.g. 12 Smith Street. A list of all properties with that street address, including all flats, units or apartments will be provided. You can then select your property from the list provided.

Can't find your valuation reference number?

If your search is unsuccessful when searching for a valuation reference number that includes multiple forward slashes '/' try typing in the number with no forward slashes, except the first one. If still unsuccessful try removing any zeroes occurring after the first forward slash that may be present e.g. you will be able to find 16/0034/042/00/00 by searching for 16/340420000.
